Great news to the vegan group, in general there are only a few rice dumpling options for them. Chef jLo has designed a new vegan rice dumpling recipe which he has used the traditional method to marinate the mushroom like the pork belly, replacing the salty egg yolk with the chestnut. Together with red bean, vigna umbellate and the power food – quinoa, it just leaves a great memory to you for ages.
