Sweet Basil Soy Sauce Fried Noodles


Soy Sauce Fried Noodles emerged in the 1960s and 1970s, originality is still unknown. It is definitely one of the classic delicacies of porridge shops, snack stalls, food stalls or Hong Kong style cafe. Although the ingredients are simple, it is not easy to cook it well. The chef adds some fresh sweet basil to create a different type of aroma together with the fragrance of noodle and soy sauce.
